LCBC to Open New West Shore Location in Former Twin Ponds Building

Posted on February 25, 2020

MECHANICSBURG (February 25, 2020) — LCBC Church will launch their West Shore location in its new building, located at 200 Lambs Gap Road in Mechanicsburg, on March 1, 2020 with gatherings at 9:00AM and 10:45AM.

LCBC purchased the former Twin Ponds building in January of 2019 with plans to occupy part of the space for their West Shore location. The church will be occupying 43,700 sq. ft. of the building, featuring 6 children’s ministry environments, a second floor dedicated to student ministry, and an auditorium that seats up to 650 people for each gathering.

“We’ve been loving the opportunity that we’ve had to dive into the community on the West Shore,” said LCBC West Shore Campus Pastor Matt Parks. “It’s our goal to be a place where everyone, regardless of their past, their beliefs, or their experience with church, can call home.”

Since December 2018, LCBC West Shore has been meeting at Silver Spring Elementary School in a weekly set-up and tear-down facility, averaging 311 people per week.
