SFMS Endowment Recipient - Corey Blockus

Posted on October 18, 2018

In memory of LCBC Teaching Pastor and Columbia-Montour Campus Pastor Scott Fetterolf, the Scott J. Fetterolf Memorial Scholarship (SFMS) Endowment was also created through LCBC and Lancaster Bible College (LBC), of which Scott was an alumnus (’97).

The scholarship, which was created in hopes of continuing to invest in the future of church leaders, can be awarded to any student enrolled at LBC who also is a part of the LCBC church family.

We’re excited to announce the first recipient of the Scott J. Fetterolf Memorial Scholarship Endowment, Corey Blockus, class of 2020, who was awarded the scholarship in a ceremony on September 14, 2018. Corey is a partner at LCBC and currently serves as an intern at LCBC Lancaster City. Corey’s parents, Geno and Lisa Blockus, who live in Berwick, PA and attend our Columbia-Montour location, were also in attendance. Representing the SFMS Endowment at the celebration were Scott’s wife Brenda Fetterolf, his parents Jim & Rhoda Fetterolf, and Tim Barley Sr., LCBC Expansion Team Leader, along with his wife Genia Barley.

If you’d like to donate to the Scott J. Fetterolf Memorial Scholarship Endowment, you can do so by visiting LBC’s website.
