The theme of chapter 11 is continued here. Remain faithful despite hardship. We should see hardship in the same way we saw discipline from our parents, which was designed to make us better. Being faithful when it is easy isn’t much of an accomplishment. Being faithful in hardship demonstrates a relationship with Christ that is making a difference.
