Today, you have a powerful choice to put on a new self and live a transformed life, like choosing to put on a clean shirt instead of a dirty one. While we have the freedom to go back to our old ways, that's not the way God wants us to live.
Ephesians 4:22-24 guides us, reminding us that we were taught to shed our former selves and to embrace a new mindset. It’s a new way of living that reflects God's righteousness and holiness and the work he’s doing in our hearts.
This isn’t a once-and done choice, either. Each day, we must make a deliberate decision to align our lives with the path God has set before us instead of reverting back to our old ways. That includes your battle with pornography addiction. It takes consistency, dedication, and discipline – and most importantly, God’s grace and strength.
