Three days after crossing the Red Sea, the Israelites found themselves without water. If you’re a survival buff, you know that water is crucial – go any longer than 3 days without it and you might not make it.
When they finally found water, it was bitter and undrinkable. Moses prayed to God and asked for drinkable water for his people. God responded and told Moses to throw a piece of wood into the water, which would make it taste better and more suitable to drink. Moses followed these directions, and it worked!
When we face desperate situations, we can turn to God with our requests and trust in guidance, even when it seems far-fetched. God’s good at making a way where there seems to be none!
