Lead with Purpose, Maximize your Influence.

You have influence – right where you are. Leader Track will help you discover how God has wired you for a unique purpose and how to use your strengths to make a difference. Whether inside the church or out in the world, your impact matters.

What is Leader Track?

Leader Track is a 5-week online experience designed to help you see your leadership and influence in a whole new way. Through engaging content and conversations, you’ll connect with others from across LCBC, learn from experienced leaders, and gain fresh insights into how God has uniquely wired you to lead.

Each week, you’ll walk away with clear, practical steps to leverage your strengths and step more confidently into your influence. Our goal is to equip more people to recognize their leadership potential and play an active role in what God is doing.

What Others Are Saying

I feel more confident in who God made me to be! No matter the circumstance I'm in - I can know that I am a leader!

Jessica C.

Manheim

I have finally been given the support to believe that I am a leader, and I have been given such great resources to remind myself of that and continue to lead where God wants me to.

Adriana S.

Dickson City

I've been instilled with a deeper sense of humility, especially in my role as a parent, encouraging me to engage my son in more Christ-focused activities and to be more present in the home, workplace, and church.

Kaity T.

Willow Street

I've had a perspective shift in which leadership traits are important. Active listening and gentleness are some things that I am going to focus on with my team at work.

Will J.

Manheim

My new outlook on spiritual gifts has helped me realize my natural tendencies as a leader. It has also affirmed that I am in the right role at LCBC. I have learned the power of setting specific next steps and doing what I say I will do.

Alex W.

Willow Street

I have learned specific ways to improve myself in my leadership journey, begun to make intentional decisions with my life revolving around Jesus rather than having him be only one part of my life, and created a mission statement with core values that I can use to center my decision making and leadership.
