Work on conditioning your physical and spiritual life. The first 30 minutes we will do a workout outside as we strengthen and condition our bodies, which will be led by Amy Berk and Karin Hellberg. The second 30 minutes we will gather together to strengthen and condition our spiritual lives. We will dig into the story of Elijah and study the ways he devolved and strengthened his spiritual muscles to prepare him for the big tasks God called him to do. We鈥檒l meet in front of the Harleysville campus Saturday mornings for 6 weeks 8-9AM (We will pause on May 18th so you can serve for Impact PA). Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat or towel, and a set of light and medium weights (if you don鈥檛 them, don鈥檛 worry, we鈥檒l have bands for you to use). We will be using the book Elijah: Faith and Fire by Priscilla Shirer. It is not necessary to purchase the book for this group but are welcome to if you want. Leader - Kelly Maloney
