In It’s OK That You’re Not OK, we'll learn from author and therapist Megan Devine who offers a profound new approach to both the experience of grief and the way we try to help others who have endured tragedy. Together we'll debunk the culturally prescribed goal of returning to a normal, "happy" life, by replacing it with a far healthier middle path. As we work through this book together, we'll be invited to build a life alongside grief rather than seeking to overcome it. No matter what tragedy or hurts you've gone through in your life, or those in your life have gone through, this perspective and group experience will help us all in taking the best path forward.
