Is this you? "I want to prioritize my physical fitness, and I want to do the same when it comes to my spiritual health." That's what this group is all about: Strengthen the body, strengthen the soul. Your workout plan can include: Run, walk, weight-lifting, HIIT, biking, swimming, you name it. As long as it's an intentional physical fitness plan, it counts. Your spiritual fitness plan can include: Prayer, Bible reading, journaling, fasting, Bible memorization, gratitude journaling (did I miss anything?). The point is: Do something intentional each day to contribute to your physical and spiritual health. So how does the group aspect work? We'll join a private messaging group to post each day, checking in to share what you did for a workout, and what you did for spending time with Jesus. And it's in that Group Chat we can encourage each other, learn from each other, and keep focused on our goals together. Listen, it's not about perfection, it's about making progress. We want to be intentional about our body, mind and spirit. And we'll be more successful--more like Jesus--together.
