Matt Messinger
Location Lead
Matt was born and raised in upper Northumberland County, in the Borough of Milton. He graduated from Shippensburg University in 1993 with a degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement. In 1994, Matt enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police and his first work assignment as a State Trooper took him to Dauphin County. There Matt met his wife, Kim, whom he married in 2005, and her two sons, Micah and Caleb. Matt retired from law enforcement in 2019 and has been serving as the Location Lead at Northern Dauphin since 2022. He loves cooking with Kim, listening to music, classic cars and Dodger baseball. Matt and Kim, along with their Newfoundland, Jedidiah, live in Halifax and enjoy serving in outreach ministries together.
