In the weeks leading up to At The Movies, we transform our atriums into immersive movie experiences. But we can’t do it alone! That’s why we bring people like you along to help build, paint, and arrange life-size movie scenes that will create an unforgettable experience for the people you’re inviting to At The Movies.
Even though Build Week and At The Movies are for the good of others, there are some things you can gain by joining in!
1. Friendships being formed
There is a special bonding that happens while working alongside others. So many new friendships have formed around the shared experience of building an At The Movies set.
2. Talents being utilized
Build Week brings out a different set of skills and experiences that God can use to serve others. Plus it’s fun to discover who around you at your campus is good at carpentry, painting, or managing projects!
3. Teamwork making the dream work
It’s always inspiring to play a part in something bigger than yourself. The transformation that takes place at our locations the course of 5 days is nothing short of remarkable, and couldn't happen without hundreds of us playing a part.
4. Lives being changed!
At The Movies is just one big excuse to introduce people to Jesus! We have more guests join us during July than any other month of the year, and a lot of them end up coming back to hear more about Jesus. God uses At The Movies in unexpected ways to get people's attention, like he did for Kaitlyn.
